Hi Families, we will be VISITING YOUR CENTRE - Tuesday the 18th & Wednesday the 19th  of March 2025.

How it works:

We photograph a variety of portrait and play photos of your child at the centre in the morning sometime between 8.00 am and 11:30am.   You will have 10-15 different photos to view and choose from in an online photo gallery. 

A DEPOSIT FEE  of $25 per child required PRIOR to your child's photo day. The  $25 deposit is then credited back towards a photo purchase ! 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's):

Will my child be photographed individually if I do NOT pay the DEPOSIT ?    No.   The service is only extended to those families that pay the up-front deposit. 

When Is my Child's INDIVIDUAL PHOTO DAY? Please choose your preferred day in the registration form

Will there be class photos? Yes, all children present will be in the class photos however if you would like to purchase a class photo, please ensure your child is present for their classes designated photo day, the schedule is as follows:

Tuesday 18th: Concord Cubbys 9:30AM / NSW Cubbys 10:30AM
Wednesday 19th: Sydney Cubbys 10:00AM

HOW DO I VIEW MY CHILD'S PHOTO GALLERY ?  Approximately 7 working days after we finish at the centre. An email and SMS will be sent to you when galleries open with details how to view, your passcode and a $25 CREDIT CODE. NB: Your deposit fee is refundable only if your child is absent on kindy photo day and not for any other reason.

What about SIBLINGS?
Yes sibling photos are taken but you must register once per child and tick the 'siblings' check box in your registration form.
Sibling photos are only for children who attend the centre

Do you give permission for Picaboo Photos to use images of your child on social media/Website/Promotional material?

The sibling photos are taken on the youngest child's scheduled photo day. If your children have different class photo days and you'd like a class photo for each, they simply need to be present for their class photo to be included.
